Misty Barsby’s path to the law was shaped by life experience. As an early childhood educator and devoted mother, she spent years nurturing young minds and raising her two children. When the world changed during the pandemic, so did Misty’s journey—she made the bold decision to return to university and complete her law degree, driven by a passion for advocacy and fairness.
Misty practices in family law and employment law.
Misty has developed a special interest in complex workers' compensation claims supporting workers who are victims of workplace sexual harassment and bullying.

For over 20 years, Will Barsby has worked across private practice and large commercial organisations, honing his expertise in the law and navigating complex legal challenges with confidence and skill. His experience is deep, his approach strategic, and his dedication to his clients unwavering.
Will practices in employment, personal injury, statutory insurance and family law.
Will has a special interest in helping employees and employers resolve complex employment disputes.
Will also serves as a volunteer Director for Steering Healthy Minds, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improving mental health and wellbeing for transport sector workers.
